Return Policy: Because your Silver Lining Memory is made special for you, we don't accept returns. We do however want you to be happy and will work with you to address your concerns.

I am machine washable, however I prefer spot cleaning with a damp cloth from time to time. Remember, the poly pellets and small extras are not for children under 3 years old as they pose a choking hazard.
