Shipping Info

We use USPS Priority Mail, which includes tracking and $50 worth of insurance, to ship your Silver Lining orders. We will increase the insurance accordingly.

We can return fabric scraps that weigh less than 3lbs in your package. For scraps over 3lbs, there will be a $5.00 charge. Please let your Memory Maker know what you would like to do.

We take great pride in not only creating your Silver Lining Memory but in its packaging also. Before shipping your order in a USPS-approved box, we wrap it in our silver swirl tissue paper and place it in a recycled plastic bag to ensure the best protection from elements outside our control.

Because the amount of clothing you will need to send and the weight of it varies, our shipping charges are only for the finished Silver Lining Memory.

After your Memory Maker Session, we will send you a confirmation email along with directions for mailing your clothing. Should you chose not to schedule a Memory Maker Session, watch for your email with directions on what to do next. Check out our FAQ page for more information.
